We love making each guest’s stay special. Whether it’s by crafting a gormet cheese and charcuterie board or hand dipping strawberries in chocolate, or simply by creating a one-of-a-kind space, we pride ourselves on providing every guest with a unique and memorable stay.

The Love Birds
Carrie has been managing properties with her partner, Andrew, since 2021. After acquiring a property in 2022, and a lengthy renovation process, they opened The Love Nest and Rhapsody in Blue in Sept ’23/Jan ’24. Managing the three rentals and crafting custom celebration and romance packages for guests keeps her pretty busy. When she does have some free time she loves to paint, cook, and when the stars align, travel.
Andrew is the other half of Team Pav. With a background in engineering, there aren’t many problems he can’t figure out. In addition to helping Carrie manage the Airbnbs, Andrew is a practicing defense attorney in Colorado Springs. When he’s not fighting for his clients, or fighting with home repairs, he enjoys fighting recreationally doing jujitsu and judo. He also enjoys hunting, cooking, and traveling.
